Annual Meeting & Holiday Party

Each year, members of the Vermont Brewers Association are invited to evaluate the mission progress, affirm values and culture, review financials, receive association updates, and vote on new board members during the Annual Meeting. This year we have decided on a half-day format for our Annual Meeting and will end the day with our annual holiday party.

3:00-4:00 – Department of Liquor & Lottery Q&A

• We have invited the Department of Liquor and Lottery again to answer any questions and concerns the membership has regarding VT liquor laws, compliance, licensing, events, and more. This survey is 100% anonymous, please fill it out by December 9th. All answers to questions/concerns will be shared with the membership after the Annual Meeting. Fill out the survey here.

4:00-4:45 – Break Out Groups: Discussion around Tied House

• As the VBA is turning 30 in 2025, the Board of Directors would like to take the time to acknowledge the legislation we were founded on and re-evaluate if current legislation continues to benefit VT breweries. We want to be clear that this is exploratory and the board is just approaching the conversation with curiosity. We plan to facilitate the discussion in breakout groups about the future vision, potential risks, impact on distribution, and consumer access surrounding Tied House. We look forward to having this conversation with you and hope you can give us some feedback in advance on the DLL survey.
